| The Hispanic Gallery offers authentic costumes from several Hispanic countries. Observers can view the beautiful “Hats” tapestry from Nicaragua donated by Mercedes Dewey, daughter of Constance Miller, a former Rockfordian. There are many artifacts from Spain, Costa Rica and Rockford area artists.
